Delivery

Gift Tree Ireland can only deliver to Ireland and UK. So you can buy from any country for delivery to these countries. Your tree will be delivered by courier in a specially designed container.

It is Essential that you provide the correct delivery daytime phone number and shipping address...{mobile preferred}
Otherwise the courier cannot deliver.

Delivery within Ireland, South and North.
Normal delivery times can mean that your tree may be with you within 2 to 4 days, however please allow up to 14 days, as weekends, Bank holidays and courier operations can affect delivery. Trees delivered within Ireland can be up to 40 kg in weight.

Delivery to the UK
Trees delivered to the UK will be in a box 35 x 35cm x 2.4metres long, with a total weight of about 12 kgs and may take anywhere from 4 to 14 days depending on the county and area.

The courier service we use treat the packages carefully (unusual for couriers) , so your gift will arrive intact and in perfect condition.

It can happen that a listed shrub or tree may be out of stock temporarily, due to growing seasons etc..

If this happens I will personally contact you to discuss a possible alternative, or if you prefer, I will order it specially. It would just mean another week / 10 days to get it.

I have to say I was worried the tree might be damaged during delivery, as couriers aren't always too careful. After seeing the strength of the box it was in, my worries were unnecessary.
