My Guarantee is plain and simple--if you are not satisified you get a replacment tree or youre money back.
If the same tree is out of stock,you have the choice to wait for availability,take another type of tree or a full refund.

If the tree you order is out of stock (this might happen if Ive not updated my site quick enough.)I will substitute a similar tree.An unusual occurance but it might happen.If you prefer I dont do this please phone to tell me.

Your tree will be delivered by courier in a specially designed container.Please allow up to 5 days for the tree to arrive as the weekend and courier operations can affect delivery.

Any information you submit is confidential and I guarantee you will not receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Gift-Tree-Ireland.
I may however send infrequent mails to inform you of Sale periods.

Ordering from Gift-Tree-Ireland is as secure as is possible,using the most up to date security available.
Orders may also be phoned in,and can be paid for by bank draft if preferred.
Your order is processed using the payment systems of Paypal and because of this your credit card details are only visible to Paypal.They use state of the art security.For more information on this security click on the "gold lock" in the checkout area.
Please note that its not necessary to have an account with paypal.

Also as paypal have such reasonable transaction fees it allows me to donate a percentage towards CONCERN from each tree.
