Guarantee The Gift Tree Ireland Guarantee is plain and simple:- If the tree you order is out of stock, (this might happen if the site update cycle is out of synchronization with our stock list ), we will substitute a similar tree. This is an unusual occurance, but it may happen in some circumstances.

Delivery

Gift Tree Ireland can only deliver to the UK and Ireland at this time. Tree services and product supply to the US and the Rest of the World are taken care of by our affiliates.

Your tree will be delivered by courier in a specially designed container. Normal delivery times can mean that your tree may be with you within 2 to 4 days, however please allow up to 14 days, as weekends, Bank holidays and courier operations can affect delivery.

Trees delivered within Ireland can be up to 40 kg in weight and trees delivered in the UK will be in a box 30 x 30cm x 2.1metres long, with a total weight of about 12 kgs and may take anywhere from 4 to 14 days depending on the county and area. The courier service we use, treat the trees with utmost care and products are very well treated, so any vunerable, large plants will arrive intact and in perfect condition.

Security

Gift Tree Ireland terms on ordering security are very scrict. Ordering from Gift-Tree-Ireland is as secure as possible, using the most up to date software available.

Orders may also be conducted via telephone, and can be paid for by bank draft if preferred. Call +353 (0)86 079 2020 to arrange this.
